How we work
Accuracy before speed
The platform is built around the payroll extract. Where a figure cannot be read with confidence it is set aside for a person to review — never estimated.
- 01Payroll figures are never guessed — unclear fields are flagged for review, not filled in.
- 02Gross Payable is derived only when Gross Pay, Tax and Pension are all present.
- 03Older payroll never overwrites newer records; the latest verified period is the source of truth.
- 04Every change is written to an audit trail.
